Te Awamutu Operational Support

The Te Awamutu Operational Support Unit have been active for over 70 years. The unit responds to every callout that the brigade receives, which is about 350 calls annually.
The Operational Support members train every week with the brigade.  They have a wider role within the brigade and will soon be taking on more preventative community work
Te Awamutu, located on State Highway 3, has a population of about 9000 residents.
